These dishes are very popular, cooked in a traditional Punjabi style, the method of cooking is applied in a cast iron wok, which enhances the exotic flavours.

 

Most dishes are cooked with tomatoes, onions and chopped capsicum, using special herbs and spices,.

Balti dishes are stir fried in a wok-like pan. The food is Aromatic and spicy, but not to hot and should be eaten with a nan bread or chapati or rice.

 

Biryani is a combination of rice cooked together with either poultry, meat, prawns or vegetables.

Freshly prepared and served with salad and mint sauce. This method of cooking is an ancient art, handed down through many generations.

 

All tandoori dishes are cooked over charcoal in a traditional oven made from special clay.
