Balti House Restaurant Baildon has balti dishes which are unique recipes, cooked using the finest fresh herbs and spices and are delicately blended in meticulous proportions to create our balti dishes Each dish has it’s own distinctive flavour and aroma which cannot come from herbs & spices.
King prawn, prawn and fish cooked with tomatoes, onions and coriander with mixed herbs and spices.
Medium spiced dish, chicken/meat, cooked with potatoes and topped with a boiled egg.
Hot dish. Chicken/meat, cooked with fresh garlic, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, fresh chillies with egg, hot dish with our authentic desi sauce.
Desi Chicken/meat/tandoori chicken, traditional desi spices cooked with fresh herbs, onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and Punjabi spices. Ideal for the experience in spicy dishes.
Vindaloo Hot. Chicken tikka/meat in a very hot dish. A must have for the more adventurous diner. Blended with the famous Mr Naga chilli sauce.
Balti Garlic Chilli Masala
Hot dish. Chicken/meat, cooked with fine herbs and spices, fresh green chillies and garlic in our hot Punjabi sauce.
These dishes are very popular, cooked in a traditional Punjabi style, the method of cooking is applied in a cast iron wok, which enhances the exotic flavours, most dishes are cooked with tomatoes, onions and chopped capsicum, using special herbs and spices, meticulously portioned, giving an original and true balti taste and experience.
Balti Tandoori King Prawn Masala
Delicately spiced pieces of king prawns cooked in the tandoor with our special masala sauce.

Tender pieces of meat cooked in traditional Punjabi herbs and spices.
Balti Shahi Masala
Chicken tikka or meat cooked with finely chopped fresh ginger. Medium strength.

Balti Chilli Masala
Chicken tikka or meat cooked with finely chopped onions, capsicum and tomatoes in our hot green chilli sauce.

Basmati rice cooked with herbs and spices, tropical fruits, nuts, bananas and omelette. Served with a curry sauce.

Chicken tikka or meat. Mild to medium. A creamy dish with almonds, tropical fruit, nuts, herbs and spices.
